You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and converting leads into customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be crucial, along with delivering impactful demonstrations that showcase the value of our AI-powered SaaS product. As a Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth for the company. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors will be essential for success in this role. Collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, tracking performance, generating reports, and optimizing efforts will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and expanding the sales team. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of AI-driven software and task management tools is required. You should have proven expertise in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently, meet targets, and scale sales processes is crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset with strategic execution skills in a startup environment will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include experience selling AI productivity tools or meeting assistant solutions, familiarity with task management and workflow automation software, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies to support sales.,
