Collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, tracking performance, generating reports, and optimizing efforts will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and expanding the sales team. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of AI-driven software and task management tools is required. You should have proven expertise in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. The ability to work independently, meet targets, and scale sales processes is crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset with strategic execution skills in a startup environment will be advantageous.
