As a Business Development Executive for IT Solutions targeting the North American market at Ascentive Global, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound sales calls, promoting IT products, and generating qualified leads. Ascentive Global is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) firm based in India, specializing in providing offshore solutions to international clients across various industries such as logistics, IT, real estate, and insurance. Currently, we are hiring for a Budapest-based IT company to support their outbound sales initiatives in the North American market. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to businesses in North America via phone and email, effectively presenting and explaining IT products, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, following up with leads, negotiating pricing, maintaining accurate CRM records, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor products. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, have a tech-oriented mindset or be willing to learn about IT products, be proactive and target-driven, quick to grasp product features and industry nuances, and be open to working night shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM). While experience is preferred, we welcome freshers with exceptional communication abilities to apply.
