Sr. Executive- HRBP

As a Senior HR Executive / HR Business Partner at our company, your role will involve partnering with business units to drive organizational goals through effective people strategy. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition processes, owning and executing employee engagement, performance, and development cycles, leveraging analytics for decision-making and workforce planning, preparing impactful presentations, dashboards, and reports, and using Gen AI tools to improve HR efficiency and productivity.
