Sr Executive HRBP

About the Role:

• 70 % of the role -   Life cycle management of Contractual Workforce.
•  20 % of the role - On roll Life cycle mgmt.
•  10 % of the role - Demonstrate Conceptual HR understanding - initiate/

Lead/Participation in National/Zone Core HR projects.

About the Team:

• He/She will be part of the Facility HR team to define & execute the HR strategy

for the fulfilment & sorting center

• The role will handle 150 on-roll employees and 3500 off-roll employees, which

increases to 5500 during the Big Billion Day (BBD) sale

You are responsible for:

• Collaborate with business teams and act as a sounding board to the business

teams on the critical issue of Diversity, Culture, Performance Management

• Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify,

analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization.

• Accountable for managing Blue Collar workforce Lifecycle management and

retention in the assigned facility.

• Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive

work environment. Create a robust employee network.

• Create a People First Culture in the facility. 
• Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
• Be the guardian of change management - for changes that have any people

implications.

• Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information.
• Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate

in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
