All safety related activities related to plant, employee safety, Customer & Legal Third Party Safety audit, accident prevention, Accident analysis, Risk management (HIRA), Safety PPEs, Safety Trainings, Smoke Detectors, Fire extinguishers, Emergency administering, Safety Committee activities, handling emergencies and maintaining records and documentation related to safety activities.
Managing entire security related activities including CCTVs with deputed security guards at main gate and within the company premises for both manufacturing units
Administration, Guest Hospitality, Administrative arrangements for Guest / Customers, Plant administration, Vehicle Parking, Man & Material movement controlling, Gardening activities, Coordinating Civil Work, Furniture Repairing, Event Management.
Managing company transportation and also through external vehicle hiring as and when required, its documentation, bill processing.
Vendor Co-ordination & Liaison with various vendors related to Safety Agencies, Security, and Administration.
Housekeeping General housekeeping of entire company premises.
Complying with ISO 9001 (QMS) & 14001 EMS related activities as applicable. Employee Health, Safety and Environment activities
