Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 12-18 years of experience to fill the role of Sr Manager/DGM Corporate Process Safety at Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential hazards in processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
Provide training and guidance on process safety procedures to employees.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all processes are operated safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of process safety principles and regulations.
Experience in developing and implementing process safety management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
