Location: Delhi/Gurgaon

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (LLB/MBA preferred)

Preferred: Law background or Law degree

Job Description:

As a Sr./ Executive- Corporate Communication (Practice Development), you will be responsible for driving the firms growth by enhancing performance, building client relationships, and leading business & marketing development initiatives. Your role will involve strategic planning, coordination with various teams, and overseeing the execution of business & marketing development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business & marketing development strategy aligned with the firms goals to drive growth and enhance market position.

Conduct in-depth research to understand the firms people, practice areas, and client needs to identify new business & marketing opportunities.

Lead marketing campaigns and oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital and print collaterals.

Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities for firm events, seminars, and other initiatives to drive visibility and engagement.

Lead the editorial review process for various materials such as newsletters, thought leadership publications, and corporate communications.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars, gathering feedback and market insights to shape future business & marketing development strategies.

Proactively generate leads, build, and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.

Provide business & marketing development training and mentorship to internal teams.

Coordinate with external agencies, legal directories, and legal news platforms to enhance the firms presence and reputation.

Travel as necessary to support business & marketing development efforts and build client relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships.

Solid understanding of the legal industry, with a preference for candidates with a law background.

Proven experience in business & marketing development, and strategic planning, with the ability to execute initiatives from conception to completion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel for business & marketing development opportunities and client meetings.
