Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist specific legal practice groups in business planning, tracking KPIs, managing pitches, and enhancing visibility in the market. Create and manage high-quality content including newsletters, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and social media posts tailored to legal audiences. Prepare and review collaterals for branding, client communications, and knowledge sharing in line with the firms communication standards Conceptualize and execute firm-wide marketing campaigns and digital initiatives tailored for legal services. Draft and review brochures, thought leadership content, newsletters, and legal alerts. Collaborate with lawyers to prepare client pitches, RFP responses, capability statements, and legal credentials that align with client needs. Work closely with partners, associates, and admin teams to align BD initiatives with legal strategy. Report on campaign effectiveness, client feedback, and pipeline developments. Conduct research on legal market trends, competitor benchmarking, and business opportunities across jurisdictions and sectors. Plan and coordinate webinars, legal seminars, conferences, and client networking events, ensuring alignment with strategic firm goals. Manage the firms website, social media platforms, legal directories, and online branding initiatives. Ensure accurate and updated lawyer profiles, rankings, and legal award submissions. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in legal industry is essential Strong communication skills with legal acumen Excellent command over English (written and verbal) Proficiency in legal terminology, client service standards, and confidentiality protocols Strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools, MS Office, and legal marketing platforms Willingness to travel for client meetings and legal events
