Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible to Plan and execute cost effective Production as per Market demand.
Responsible for monitoring day-to-day production entry in SAP System.
Effective utilisation of resources like Man, Machine, Method, Measurement, Material for efficient operation.
Leading the Process Improvement Projects to eliminate various types of Process waste
As a production shift In-charge accountable to comply with all applicable legal regulations
Responsible to comply with all HSE requirement at the time of Capital asset execution
Comply all requirement of GPCB, Agriculture, Factory Act and RC Responsible Care
Ensure quick response for any urgent market demand
Define production strategy to enhance departmental efficiency in long term
Explore and introduce latest technology to enhance product/process efficiency and quality
Design and implement Continuous Improvement program at Site i.e. 5S, analytical methods etc.
Responsible for define annual training program, Teams Goals and monitor team members performance.
Responsible to comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 requirement
