Sr. Executive/ AM - Talent Acquisition

Job Description

As Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process across the organization. You will work closely with department heads to source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screening Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements. Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up with both parties to ensure timely feedback. Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and ensure job descriptions are updated and aligned with the organizations needs. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment information. Skill sets/Experience we require: Bachelor s degree, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in working in Ecomm brands would be plus.
