Sr. Executive Accounts

Job Description

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Day to Day Activities :- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, etc.)Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Bookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Record daily financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile accounts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, customer invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding dues.

Bank Reconciliation: Match company records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.

Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Help prepare budgets and monitor actuals vs. forecasts.

Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, deductions, and ensure timely disbursement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Follow up bank and make credit with dollar currency to credit it.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter,
