Accounting Operations Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal Vouchers, etc.). Handle vendor and customer invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals. Prepare and verify general ledger entries and ensure books are updated on time. Perform monthly closing activities including accruals, provisions, and adjustments. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers periodically. 2. Banking and Payments Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments. Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow on a daily basis. 3. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations. Maintain proper documentation for audits, assessments, and statutory inspections. Support in Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits by preparing required schedules and data. 4. MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly financial reports , expense summaries, and cost analysis. Assist in preparation of P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports. Provide analytical support to management for decision-making. 5. Coordination & Support Liaise with internal departments for accounting-related queries. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required. Qualifications & Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and GST laws . Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel . Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audit functions in a manufacturing organization. · Offered Gross Salary- 5-8 LPA
