Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal Vouchers, etc.).
• Handle vendor and customer invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
• Prepare and verify general ledger entries and ensure books are updated on time.
• Perform monthly closing activities including accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers periodically.

2. Banking and Payments

• Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments.
• Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow on a daily basis.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file

  TDS returns

  and ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.
• Support in

  Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits

  by preparing required schedules and data.

4. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare

  monthly financial reports

  , expense summaries, and cost analysis.
• Assist in preparation of

  P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.

• Provide analytical support to management for decision-making.

5. Coordination & Support

• Liaise with internal departments for accounting-related queries.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounting Standards and GST laws

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

• 6-10 years

  of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audit functions in a manufacturing organization.
