Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Sr. Executive Accounts at Solista Hotel Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan, a leading 4-star hotel in Indore. As a Sr. Executive Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and management of the hotel. This is a full-time position based in Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of finance control principles and practices
• Proficiency in handling tax-related matters such as TDS, GST, and VAT returns
• Experience in using accounting software like Tally ERP and IDS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Handle tax-related matters such as TDS, GST, VAT returns, and GST returns
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making process
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits
• Manage and maintain financial records and documentation
• Utilize accounting software (Tally ERP, IDS) efficiently to streamline accounting processes
