Role Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Estate Advisors (Sales Executives) to join our sales team. The role involves client communication, lead management, and property sales conversions. Success will be measured by target achievement, discipline, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients via calls, meetings, and site visits. Convert qualied leads into property sales to meet/exceed monthly targets. Maintain excellent communication in Hindi and English to build trust with clients. Provide accurate project details and guide clients through the decision-making process. Ensure daily progress reporting (DPR) to team leaders. Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and discipline at all times.
Compensation & Benets Fixed Salary: 20,000 60,000 per month (depending on experience). Performance Incentives: Attractive commission structure on sales, with performance based bonuses Career Growth: Clear progression path to Team Leader Sales based on performance. Working Schedule Working Days: Monday Saturday (6 days a week). Timings: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM (xed tea & lunch breaks as per company policy). Work Mode: On-site (Noida ofce + project sites). Qualications & Skills Graduate in any eld; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. 23 years experience in real estate sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Discipline, integrity, and result-oriented mindset.
Performance Evaluation Evaluation is based on: 1. Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Lead-to-sale conversion ratio. 3. Attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. 4.
