Property Promotion & Sales: Showcasing properties, conducting site visits for prospective buyers, and effectively presenting them in a way that aligns with client requirements. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating sales agreements and facilitating the closing of deals by ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and the process is smooth. Market Expertise: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including local market conditions, emerging trends, and competitor activities, to provide informed advice to clients. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding set daily, monthly, and annual sales targets by driving revenue generation and contributing to the organization's business objectives. Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management. Client Needs Analysis: Engaging with clients to understand their specific needs and concerns to make suitable recommendations and ensure their satisfaction.
