Market Expertise:
Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including local market conditions, emerging trends, and competitor activities, to provide informed advice to clients.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meeting or exceeding set daily, monthly, and annual sales targets by driving revenue generation and contributing to the organization's business objectives.
Reporting:
Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management.
