Job Description

Key responsibilities

Financial recording and reporting:

Record all financial transactions accurately.
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile accounts and statements to ensure accuracy.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Analysis and forecasting:

Analyze financial statements and performance.
Develop and monitor budgets and provide financial forecasts.
Perform cost and general ledger analysis.
Identify financial risks and recommend solutions.

Compliance and auditing:

Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
Conduct internal and external audits to verify financial accuracy and compliance.
Ensure all financial records and systems are up to date and compliant with accounting standards.

Strategic advice:

Provide guidance to management on financial strategy.
Advise on ways to reduce costs and improve profitability.
Assist with financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business decisions.
