Sr. Engineer Production

• Plan, manage and oversee production
• - Develop and draught an improved production process
• - Maximise productivity of machinery and workers
• - Assess and analyse current production methods
• - Follow product specifications and quality control measures
• - Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
• - Educate employees on proper methods to operate machinery
• - Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems
• - Follow all safety rules and regulations
• - Drive 5s and Kaizen activities on shop floor.
• - Control rework, rejection and downtime using 3M methology.
• - Collaborate with NPD and quality team to integrate new products into manufacturing.
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Prepare and maintain the documentations related to Customer Audits, IATF Audits, ISO, EHS Audits.
• Well efficient in managing work allocation within team members.
• Requirements: -
• B.Tech (Mechanical) with +5 Years Exp
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with +8 Years Exp
• Excellent team management skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA and IATF regulations.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Age-25 to 35

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
