Sr. Engineer Production

Role Overview: As a Production Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to efficiently plan, monitor, and manage daily production activities to meet targets and maintain quality standards. You will supervise and guide the production team to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. Optimizing the utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to enhance productivity and minimize wastage will be key to your role. Analyzing production data and identifying bottlenecks to implement corrective actions will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide the production team to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements. - Optimize the utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to enhance productivity and minimize wastage. - Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Train and develop production staff to improve team performance and technical skills. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to production reports, shift handovers, and audits. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial or relevant field). - 4-8 years of experience in a production environment; supervisory experience preferred. - Experience in seat manufacturing is desired. - Proficiency in shop-floor operations, team management, and production planning.
