Ensure accuracy in POs and all related documentation. * *Collaboration:* Work in close coordination with the Production and Planning departments to understand material requirements and delivery schedules, ensuring materials are available as per the production plan. * *Reporting:* Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings to senior management. *Required Qualifications & Skills* * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a senior procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. * Experience in the furniture, automotive, or component manufacturing industry is highly desirable. * *Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.* * Strong experience in vendor development and relationship management. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. * Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems. * Strong command of MS Office, particularly Google sheets * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
