Role & Responsibilities.

• Prepare Engineering Cost sheets. Bill of Material Break down. Interact with respective functional stake holders.
• Evaluate Customer drawings and identify processes and also estimate cycle time.
• Feasibility study and challenge stake holders on Engg. proposals, processes, cycle time, capacity etc.
• Data Management of Material prices, Cost estimated products for benchmarking.
• Conduct review meetings with all stake holders, present cost sheets and sign off.
• Zero Based Costing
• Prepare Cost breakdown on Customer templates.

Knowledge

• Connector Systems/Battery Systems/Bus Bars preferred.
• Should have Automotive background.
• Should be able to review Engg. drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge on Stamping and Molding Machines and its tools
• Product Costing
• Analyzing opportunities from a business point of view will be an added advantage.
• Good Communication, Presentation and Analytical Skills
