Implementing the strategic targets defined by the Global Industry Development Mngr
Ensuring achievement of budgeted industry sales on country level
Ensuring achievement of budgeted industry innovation sales and sales with new products 
Gathering customer problems and providing proposals for new products Providing monthly an industry business overview (figures, facts, data)  Defining industry target customers in co-operation with the Managing Director  
Engineering Degree/Diploma (electrical, electronic or automation) 
Minimum 6-10 years of hands on Industrial B2B sales experience.
Must have handled industrial customers from the Renewable Energy Segment (i.e. Solar, Wind, Hydrogen etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM data bases and SAP.
Presentable, communicative, cultivated appearance and behavior
