Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings and catalog operations specifically for soft toys, plastic toys, baby toys, educational toys, etc. on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, Nyka etc.).
  • Write category-specific titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content to improve visibility in the Toys & Games category.
  • Maintain accurate details such as age-group, material, dimensions, safety information, and other toy-specific attributes.
  • Create and manage listings for multipacks, combos, and trending toy assortments to increase sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales for the toy segment.
  • Run Meta Ads and Google Ads to promote toy products, festive offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance for toy categories and optimize accordingly.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and order processing, ensuring stock accuracy for high-demand toy SKUs.
  • Track toy market trends, new launches, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand (festivals, birthdays, gifting season).
  • Guide and monitor the listing team to ensure all toy listings meet platform guidelines and quality standards.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and returns related to toys professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with photography/design teams for high-quality toy images and videos.
  • Work with enthusiasm and maintain a fast, efficient workflow suitable for a high-volume toy business.
  • Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce listing formats, especially for Toys & Games.
  • Understanding of toy-specific attributes: safety, material, compliance, packaging, age group classification, etc.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for catalog and sales report management.
  • Ability to create sales-focused strategies for kids’ products and gift categories.
  • Creative, energetic, and able to handle a fast-moving toy inventory environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
