About the Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in designing for multiple platforms but also demonstrate leadership skills to guide and mentor a creative team. This role requires someone who has a sharp eye for aesthetics, keeps up with the latest design and digital trends, and can deliver compelling visuals that drive engagement and brand value.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute creative projects across various channels.

· Design engaging social media content (static, carousel, stories, reels, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.

· Create and edit video content for campaigns, advertisements, and digital promotions.

· Develop innovative packaging designs that enhance product appeal and align with market trends.

· Proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva) or equivalent tools.

· Work on marketing and branding materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, and advertisements.

· Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and communicate the desired message effectively.

· Stay updated with current design, digital, and social media trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to junior designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

· 3–4 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.

· Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their design best practices.

· Experience in video editing and motion graphics.

· Creativity in packaging design and product branding.

· Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.

· Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Ability to lead a team, collaborate across departments, and manage end-to-end design projects.

· Manage Deadlines and also willing to research new avenues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
