Sr. Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect (WFH) - Immediate Joiner

We are hiring for an Immediate Joiner – Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly the Customer Service module, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. We are looking for a hands-on leader and problem solver who can drive architecture decisions, provide technical guidance, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM (focus on Customer Service).

* Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions.

* Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices.

* Translate business requirements into functional & technical designs

* Oversee integration, data migration, and customization of CRM modules.

* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

* Be hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

* Collaborate with stakeholders & remote team members across business and technology functions.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

* 12+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (with strong expertise in Customer Service Module).

* Proven experience in solution architecture & team leadership

* Strong background in Power Platform, Plugins, Workflows, Customizations, and Integrations.

* Ability to design, code, and optimize solutions for performance and scalability.

* Knowledge of security models, compliance frameworks, and data governance.

* Experience with Azure Services, SSO & integration patterns is a plus.

* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

* Immediate availability / join within 15–20 day.
