Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Platform)

Are you a technical leader with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially within the Customer Service module? We are looking for a **Senior Solution Architect** who is ready to take charge, lead high-impact projects, and join immediately

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM with a strong focus on the **Customer Service** module
• Proven leadership in **guiding and mentoring development teams**
• Strong hands-on development skills across D365 customizations, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure
• Experience with AI integration and modern solution design
• Strong understanding of solution architecture best practices, security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines**, DevOps for Dynamics 365
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to drive technical discussions with both business and technical teams
• Ability to start immediately is a big plus
