Job Title: Senior Developer / Team Lead .Net Software

Reports To: GM (Plants)

Location: Pune (Candidatesll from all over Maharashtra)

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields

Salary: up to16 LPA

Working Conditions: Mon to Fri 0900 to 1730, Sat 0900 to 1300 at HO Pune

Experience: Minimum 10 years in software development using the .NET / Windows-based stack, with at least 2 years as a team lead.

Special Skills:

• Strong command of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms/WPF).
• Expertise in SQL databases, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA) preferred.
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Purpose

Overview:
The Senior .NET Software Developer / team lead will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of the Aquarius Smart Batching Plant Software. This role combines hands-on programming expertise with team leadership. The position requires deep experience in .NET development, SCADA/PLC system integration, and an ability to manage cross-functional software projects. The candidate will lead a team of developers and ensure timely and quality delivery of industrial software features, reports, and optimisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Aquarius Smart Batching Plant Software.
• Architect scalable and modular backend systems using the .NET framework.
• Optimize and refine user interfaces for operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration with industrial automation systems including PLCs and SCADA platforms.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting features using Crystal Reports or equivalent tools.
• Review code and ensure compliance with internal coding and security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee task allocations and timelines.
• Work closely with Plant, Design, and Service departments to gather requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
