Role Overview:


We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Lead to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact performance campaigns. If you can craft sharp creatives, scale lead gen funnels, and know how to turn ad spend into serious revenue this role is for you.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll drive full-funnel marketing initiatives across platforms, working directly with founders and cross-functional teams to boost customer engagement, lower cost per lead, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run performance-driven ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google & others)
  • Stretch budgets smartly across campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Build and execute brand + performance strategies aligned with business and customer journey goals
  • Create and manage lifecycle marketing workflows to nurture, engage, and convert leads
  • Design and edit ad creatives and videos (static, reels, long-form, shorts) and test them to improve CPL and lead quality
  • Shape the brand’s digital presence across social channels, content, and paid media
  • Coordinate with design/dev teams to test and improve landing pages and web performance
  • Use CRM tools and analytics to segment audiences and personalize campaign messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes using marketing automation
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance daily


What we're looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a real estate company or digital marketing agency handling real estate clients
  • Strong creative sense + performance-first mindset
  • Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of brand building, storytelling, and content-led growth
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and scaling what works
  • Understands marketing with a business lens, not just a platform lens
  • Tracks more than CPL — tracks lead quality and conversion
  • Knows that creative angles, not ad spend, drive performance

Work Location – Co-working space in North Bangalore (near Manyata Tech Park, HBR Layout), not in Manyata (it’s not fancy).

Start-up never sleeps : We work Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
