We&aposre hiring a sharp and enthusiastic Business Development Executive focused on luxury real estate sourcing in and around CBD Bangalore. This is a supply-side role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, market intelligence, and maintaining high-value inventory pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify premium and luxury property supply from developers, IPCs, brokers, and direct owners
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms to ensure the best value for the firm
• Maintain and update the internal supply database consistently with accurate and timely inputs
• Conduct regular stacking visits to verify and refresh listing data
• Monitor online discovery portals and proactively reach out to brokers/owners to onboard active inventory

Who You Are

• A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
• Self-starter with a passion for real estate and relationship building
• Comfortable working on the ground and online to source and verify listings
