Luxury Residential Sales Associate

As a high-end real estate company specializing in luxury residential transactions across Bangalore's premium neighborhoods, Circled Advisory is seeking a motivated and dedicated sales professional to join our luxury residential team based in the Central Business District of Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving luxury residential sales within the CBD market. Your primary tasks will include engaging with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net-worth Individuals (UHNIs) such as business leaders, celebrities, and top professionals. Building trust through meaningful conversations and handling high-stakes negotiations with discretion and finesse are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, you will be managing multiple deals and negotiations simultaneously while ensuring a seamless and high-value client experience from the initial interaction to the deal closure. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in luxury residential sales, with a preference for experience in the Bangalore CBD market. Ownership of a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client visits is required. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset with a drive to close high-value deals are key attributes that we are looking for in potential candidates.
