Business Development Executive - Real Estate Sourcing

As a Business Development Executive at Circled Advisory, your role will focus on luxury real estate sourcing in and around CBD Bangalore. You will be responsible for identifying premium and luxury property supply, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining the internal supply database with accurate information. Additionally, you will conduct regular stacking visits, monitor online discovery portals, and proactively reach out to brokers/owners to onboard active inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Identify premium and luxury property supply from developers, IPCs, brokers, and direct owners - Negotiate and finalize commercial terms for the best value - Maintain and update the internal supply database with accurate and timely inputs - Conduct regular stacking visits to verify and refresh listing data - Monitor online discovery portals and proactively reach out to brokers/owners to onboard active inventory Qualifications Required: - A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or business development - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset - Self-starter with a passion for real estate and relationship building - Comfortable working on the ground and online to source and verify listings At Circled Advisory, you will get exposure to luxury and premium real estate networks, mentorship from industry experts, and a collaborative team environment.
