Sr. Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan & execute ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation

Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter Ads, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox promotions

Implement strong on-page & off-page SEO strategies

Optimize PPC campaigns, landing pages & ad creatives

Handle blog writing, content creation & daily website updates

Work on creative design tasks using Photoshop, Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva

Coordinate with Spotify for brand/content requirements (if applicable)

Website Development

Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites

Strong knowledge of PHP, Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Manage website hosting, speed optimization & website security

Work with SQL databases for data handling, backups & integrations

Troubleshoot website issues and implement UX/UI improvements

Collaborate with the marketing team to align website features with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Web Development

Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, Lead Generation

Expertise in WordPress, PHP, Shopify & SQL

Good knowledge of website/blog/content optimization

Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment
