Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing strategies, possess a strong understanding of various online channels, and demonstrate proficiency in executing effective campaigns. The role involves collaborating with teams, analyzing data, and implementing innovative digital marketing initiatives to enhance the brand's online presence. Responsibilities: Ø Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, SEO, social media, affiliate, email, WhatsApp, display advertising, and content marketing. Ø Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful reports to drive continuous improvement. Ø Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Ø Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and improve search engine rankings. Ø Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership. Ø Create compelling content, schedule posts, and actively manage social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice. Ø Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Ø Work on growing the email subscriber list and improving overall email deliverability. Ø Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable digital content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats. Ø Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Ø Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending improvements Ø Up-to-date on industry trends and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Ø 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing. Ø Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEM & SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms. Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ø Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Show more Show less
