Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience to join our high-performance engineering team. The ideal candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments, follow an automation-first approach, and have strong expertise in building, managing, and optimizing scalable cloud infrastructure. This role demands end-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines, deployment reliability, and driving DevOps best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliable, repeatable, and low-downtime deployments
• Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure using modern observability tools
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, SRE, Security, and Product teams for smooth and secure releases
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
• Identify architectural gaps and reliability risks; design scalable and fault-tolerant solutions
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Strengthen security and compliance through DevSecOps practices and security automation
• Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps and operational excellence

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and production-grade infrastructure
• Experience with ECS, EKS, Lambda, EC2/EBS (AKS exposure is a plus)
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, including orchestration and scaling
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking, load balancing, autoscaling, IAM, and cost optimization
• Experience with AWS Security Hub, WAF, GuardDuty, CloudFront, Control Tower
• Practical exposure to SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and audit readiness
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Datadog, or Sentry
• Good understanding of DevSecOps, secrets management, and security best practices
• Experience with AWS migration, MongoDB, and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in Git, version control, and collaborative workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
