Hi folks! #JobTitle : ServiceNow Technical Consultant #Experience : 3+ Years #Location : Pune (Kharadi) #JobType : Permanent #Notice Period : Immediate #Key Responsibilities : >Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM). >Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices. >Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. >Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing. >Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-deployment support. >Stay up to date on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices. #Required Skills & Qualifications: >3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform. >Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. >Proficiency in creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flow designers, and catalog items. >Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). >Mainline ServiceNow certifications required: ✅ Certified System Administrator (CSA) ✅ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – any module) ✅ (Optional but Preferred) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Apply now by sending your resume to mayuri.akkanawaru@aceiserv.com or apply directly through LinkedIn.
