The role focuses on developing end-to-end features for enterprise-grade digital systems with strong UI/UX and data handling capabilities.You’ll work closely with designers, QA, and backend teams to create modern, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Optimize performance, ensure reusability, and maintain clean code practices.
Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work in Agile/Scrum teams for iterative development and sprint-based releases.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into deliverables.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions.
Technical Ownership
Suggest improvements in architecture, coding standards, and performance.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on full stack web development experience.
Proficiency in:
Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs
Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Experience building enterprise-scale or SaaS applications.
Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSocket-based systems.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
