Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Google CCAI Platform and a strong background in the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced solutions using the Google CCAI Platform to enhance business processes and customer interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications by conducting thorough testing and performance optimization.
Document technical designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering projects on time and within budget positively impacting business outcomes.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users ensuring seamless integration and operation of developed solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of the Google CCAI Platform and its application in developing intelligent solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in the Hi-Tech and ISV domains with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
