Sr. Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in reporting, data validation, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, designing insightful dashboards, automating recurring reporting tasks, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.
• Use SQL and Python to automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows.
• Present key findings and performance reports to business stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Maintain consistency with data governance, accuracy standards, and reporting best practices.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, CTEs, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and reporting automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data modeling).
• Understanding of data structures, KPI tracking, and business reporting metrics.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles in an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
