About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to handle customer interactions for our Waste Management campaign. The role involves assisting residents and businesses with service inquiries, scheduling requests, billing questions, and issue resolution related to waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats related to waste management services.
• Assist customers with queries on garbage pickup schedules, recycling guidelines, missed pickups, service disruptions, and billing.
• Log customer issues accurately in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide clear, polite, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, or vendors as required.
• Educate customers on service guidelines, compliance, and waste segregation rules.
• Meet performance metrics .
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with escalations or service complaints.

Skills, Experience& Qualifications Required

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer support.
• Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages preferred depending on campaign).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
