Sr. Customer Service Executive

We are seeking top experienced business development professionals ready to earn significant commissions in addition to great base pay. Vector art is a multi-national Graphics and digital imaging services company. We work with global leaders as well as growing companies to help achieve significant value addition and cost reduction to their graphic design, image production and management operations.

KRA:

Will be required to take over existing customer relationships and manage the complete customer service role in the US Shift.

Has to be proficient in verbal and written English communications.

Will have the responsibility of maintaining of mails made, queries resolved.Lead Generation and Follow Up.

50-60 Calls + Sending Emails & Checking with Clients & Feedback of using our Services. Explain Product/services to Clients.

Maintain a Good Working Relationship With Clients. Encouraging extant clients to purchase added courses.Build capacity in staff through regular training and mentor-ship.

You will be the face of the company and will have the ability to create and apply an Effective sales and customer relationship Strategies.

Should have experience of dealing with clients by emails.To resolve queries of existing clients through mails.

Communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport.

Time management and planning skills.

Learning required:

Will have resolve the issues of the mails, replying to the customer.

Excellent English & Experience of US process in Past.

Offshore operational services,

Software application development in various Domains.

Web and Graphics domain expertise, Technology solutions for graphics-based Industries.

Should be capable of handling multiple customers on a day-to-day Basis.

FIXED SATURDAY & SUNDAY HOLIDAYS. (Call center Exo is Must)
