Sr. Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple locations in India.
• Coordinate and manage customer orders, deliveries, and service requests efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, availability, and solutions.
• Work closely with the internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Provide timely updates to management on customer concerns and trends.
• Assist in the development of customer service processes and improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and locations effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
