Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries. - Identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions. - Responding to customer concerns, answering questions, and maintaining a positive attitude. - Referring complex issues to managers when necessary. - Compiling customer interaction data to prepare detailed reports. Desired Skills: - Proficiency in both oral and written English communication. - Strong people skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. - Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented approach. - High School diploma required; additional qualifications will be considered a plus. This full-time position is based in Ahmedabad and offers competitive salary and compensation. The working hours are Monday to Friday, following a UK shift pattern from 12:30 PM to 12:30 AM with any 10-hour shift. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in international voice processes, inbound voice support, or customer service.
