Sr. Customer Service Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound calls pertaining to hotel bookings, cancellations, and other customer concerns. It will be essential to offer clear and accurate information, handle complaints effectively, and maintain thorough call documentation while consistently meeting performance standards. To be eligible for this position, you must be an HSC or Graduate with good communication skills in English. Freshers are welcome to apply, although HSC candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service experience. You should be comfortable working night shifts and in a voice process. Rest assured, pick-up and drop-off facilities will be provided for your convenience.
