About The Role
As a Senior Curriculum Designer, you will play a strategic role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that enable our global sales and customer success teams to perform at their best. You will lead the development of both digital and instructor-led training programs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalized learning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving business outcomes through learning.
- Design and develop high-impact eLearning modules and courseware that support GTM Sales Enablement and Customer Success, aligned to stakeholder workflows and business goals.
- Support the design and development of instructor-led training (ILT) programs, ensuring consistency and integration with digital learning experiences.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of technical training for sales tools and sales processes, ensuring that sales teams are proficient in leveraging technology and following best practices throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead end-to-end project management of learning initiatives, including hands-on content production and coordination across internal teams.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline instructional design workflows, personalize learning, and improve development efficiency.
- Author scripts and storyboards for on-demand learning experiences that translate complex sales and customer success concepts into engaging, learner-friendly formats.
- Transform instructor-led training into scalable digital solutions tailored for sales and customer-facing teams across regions and roles.
- Ensure accessibility and localization of learning content to meet the needs of global learners and support inclusive learning experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with business objectives.
- Embed Thomson Reuters brand attributes - human, agile, clear, and optimistic - into all learning experiences to reinforce brand identity and learner engagement.
- Continuously build expertise in sales methodologies, customer success strategies, Thomson Reuters products, and client pain points to inform learning design.
- Stay current with trends in eLearning, instructional technology, AI-powered learning solutions, and adult learning to bring innovative approaches to enablement and retention.
About You
You’re a strong fit for this role if you bring:
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning production, with a focus on sales and customer-facing enablement.
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools including Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex learning projects, manage timelines, and deliver impactful solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- A passion for creating engaging, learner-centered content that drives performance and business outcomes.
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI to streamline content development, personalize learning, and improve instructional design workflows.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and experience in localizing content for global audiences is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite 2 days per week (mandatory), contributing to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
