Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative Senior Copywriter who can craft compelling brand stories, lead creative thinking, and elevate content across campaigns. You’ll work closely with the creative team to deliver ideas that are fresh, strategic, and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualisation

  • Develop big ideas and campaign concepts for digital, social, and integrated marketing.
  • Transform briefs into sharp concepts, scripts, taglines, and short-form content.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice across all communication.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Write high-quality copy for digital ads, social media, films, websites, emailers, and brand campaigns.
  • Create storytelling-led content that drives engagement and brand recall.
  • Craft scripts for video content, brand films, and motion creatives.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams.
  • Ensure copy aligns with creative direction, client objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Provide clear rationale and confidently present ideas to internal teams & clients.

Quality & Leadership

  • Review and refine the work of junior writers.
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Provide insights on trends, cultural moments, and new content formats.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in copywriting at a digital/creative agency.
  • Strong command of English with an ability to write in multiple tones for eg: witty, emotional, informative, minimalist.
  • Proven experience across digital campaigns, scripts, brand storytelling, and social content.
  • Familiarity with pop culture, internet trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent presentation skills and creative articulation.
