Job Summary

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for non-IT roles across industrial domains
  • Work on

    technical, engineering, production, quality, R&D, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership roles

  • Source candidates using

    job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases

  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client and business requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

Industry-Focused Hiring

  • Handle recruitment for industries including:
    • Manufacturing & Industrial
    • Defense & Aerospace
    • Automotive / Automobile / Automotive OEM
    • Pharma & Life Sciences Manufacturing
    • Heavy Machinery & Engineering
  • Understand

    industry-specific skill sets

    , certifications, plant operations, and compliance requirements

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a

    single point of contact

    for assigned industrial clients
  • Gather detailed

    job requirements

    , manpower plans, and hiring timelines
  • Provide

    regular hiring status updates

    , market insights, and talent availability reports
  • Manage expectations related to salary benchmarks, skill availability, and timelines

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment reports, interview feedback, and offer records
  • Ensure compliance with

    company hiring policies and client guidelines

  • Track recruitment metrics such as

    TAT, closure rate, and offer-to-join ratio

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    non-IT industrial hiring processes

  • Excellent understanding of

    manufacturing & engineering job roles

  • Experience in

    client handling & stakeholder communication

  • Proficiency in

    ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing

  • Strong screening, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on

    multiple requirements and tight deadlines
