Sr. CAD Draftsman (MEPF)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Digital Engineering teams to ensure MEPF-related drawings and models meet client standards and project requirements.
• Perform QA/QC processes for CAD and Revit-based models while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Create and maintain quality plans, procedures, and checklists under the guidance of the QA/QC Team Lead.
• Support project documentation setup, such as organizing the project folder structure and information flow.
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformance issues; ensure all design mark-ups are implemented before submission for approval.
• Assist in clash coordination and ensure constructability standards are met for both horizontal and vertical structure designs.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of experience working with architectural, civil, and structural drawings/models.
• Expert knowledge of MEPF systems and their integration into construction designs.
• Skilled in interpreting architectural, civil, and structural drawings, including familiarity with design codes and best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Experience in QA/QC tasks, as well as creating and implementing quality management systems.
• Familiarity with constructability evaluations and clash coordination processes.
