Role Description The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure. Experience and Skills · Total Relevant Experience: 8 years or above in planning management · Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc. · Knowledge stakeholder management, conflict resolution · Knowledge of risk management · Good understanding of construction methodologies · Good understanding of Hong Kong forms of Contract · Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques Qualifications Degree in Building / Civil Engineering & membership of professional association (Chartered planning, project management) Show more Show less
