Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Assist in preparing and updating micro-level project schedules and progress trackers.
Contribute to the preparation of weekly/monthly progress reports and planning dashboards.
Track work progress against master schedules and alert deviations to seniors.
Monitor daily work activities and provide inputs for planning reviews, Support reconciliation of materials, subcontractor bills, and DPRs.
Contribute to risk assessments and develop mitigation plans related to schedule delays or cost escalations.
Prepare detailed BOQ and quantity take-offs as per railway item rates and standard schedule of rates (SOR).
Monitor project progress using tools like Primavera/MS Project and update critical path schedules.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, and quality teams for planned vs actual delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in Railway Projects is mandatory
