To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GO TO Market plan. To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met. To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development. To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback. To develop good client relationship. To assist with debt collection. Desired Candidate Profile B2B IT sales experience with IT department across industries. Fluency in both verbal and written English is required. Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills. Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients. Timely follow-up on all the service and software lead opportunities Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets. Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing, CRM preferably ZOHO. Education UG: BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing Other Details Work from Office.
